The Executive Committee consists of five Voting Members (the Chair, Vice Chair for Trials, Vice Chair for Sanctions, Vice Chair for First Years, and Vice Chair for Graduate Students), as well as seven non-voting members: two Senior Counselors, the Senior Investigator, the Senior Educator, the Senior Data Manager, the FYJC Chair, and the FYJC Vice Chair. The Executive Committee oversees all operations of the UJC and reviews all complaints as they are submitted.

2022–2023 Executive Committee
Nabeel is a third year in the College from Roanoke, Virginia, studying Human Biology and minoring in the Batten School of Public Policy. Outside of UJC, he is involved in the Peer Health Educators and Students for Health Equity Advancement.
Vice Chair for Trials
Peyton is a third year from Richmond, Virginia, studying biochemistry in the College. Outside of the UJC, he is a resident advisor in Dillard for Housing and Residence Life and a member of the pre-med fraternity Phi Delta Epsilon.
Vice Chair for Sanctions
Lisa is a first year from Oakland, California. She is a prospective Politics and Economics double major. Outside of the UJC, she is involved in UVa’s parliamentary debate team, Charlottesville Debate League, the Academic Affairs Agency, and a music nonprofit "QuaranTunes."
Vice Chair for First Years
Sidney is a third year in the Education School from Knoxville, TN, studying Youth & Social Innovation. Outside of UJC, she is a violinist in the Charlottesville Symphony and a big sister at Jouett Middle School through the Young Women’s Leadership Program.
Vice Chair for Graduate Students
Viranga is a 4th Year International Graduate Student at the Department of Chemistry from Sri Lanka. He is a Ph.D candidate studying Molecular Physiology and Biological Physics. Outside of the UJC, he is the President of Chemistry outreach program UVA L.E.A.D for 21/22 term and he is a leading authority responsible for initiating a Sri Lankan Student Association at UVA
Priya is a Master of Public Policy candidate at Batten from Fairfax, Virginia with a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from UVa. Outside of UJC she works as a Research Assistant for the United States Institute of Peace and is involved in Students for Equity and Reform in Virginia and Batten Graduate Council.
Tessa is a third year from Boston, MA. She is double majoring in the Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy and Global Security and Justice. Outside of the UJC, she is a member of the Jefferson Literary and Debating Society, a counselor for Camp Kesem, and a member of the Women’s Club Lacrosse Team.
Ineke La Fleur
Ineke is a second year from Charlottesville, VA. She is double majoring in Political and Social Thought and History. Outside of the UJC, Ineke works with the Albemarle-Charlottesville Historical Society and is involved with She Writes History, a CIO which seeks to share and encourage the achievements of women.
Laura is a second year who has moved around a lot, but graduated high school in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She is a student in the College and double majoring in Spanish and Foreign Affairs. Outside of the UJC, Laura is involved in Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship and Global Greeters, and is also a barista at Starbucks on the Corner.
Senior Data Manager
Melinda is a first year from Gainesville, Virginia intending on double majoring in Public Policy & Leadership and Applied Statistics. Outside of UJC, she is a member of Moot Court, creates graphics for the Cavalier Daily, and volunteers for the Virginia Poverty Law Center's Eviction Legal Aid Helpline.
Anna is a first year from Houston, Texas, planning to double major in Cognitive Science and Public Policy & Leadership. Outside of UJC, Anna serves as a representative for Pancakes for Parkinson’s, referees basketball, and volunteers for the Yellow Door Foundation.
FYJC Vice Chair
Alex is a first year from Malibu, California. He is planning on majoring in Political Philosophy, Policy, & Law with an undecided minor/double major in the College of Arts & Sciences. Outside of the UJC, Alex is involved with the Echols Council.
